Leapmotor has complemented its range with the arrival of the B10 REEV. The version with autonomy extender of its medium SUV was launched during the Interlagos Festival without having the price revealed.
The B10 REEV shares the mechanical assembly with the bigger brother C10. The electric motor continues with 218 hp and 32,6 kgfm, driving the rear axle. The 1.5 aspirated 88 hp only has the function of generating energy for the battery pack.

As there is this range extender, the B10 REEV uses 18.8 kWh batteries. The purely electric range should be in the range of 120 km, but combined with the help of the combustion engine it is possible to run more than 900 km.
As for the equipment package, nothing changes. The Leapmotor B10 offers Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in the multimedia center, 360° cameras, ADAS package, automatic air conditioning, rain sensor, 7 airbags, panoramic sunroof and heated exterior mirrors.

hatchThe Chinese brand of Stellantis also took two models to the Interlagos Festival to study the public’s reception. One of them was the all-wheel drive C10, which has one engine for each axle and a total of 598 hp.
This force is capable of making the medium-large SUV accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds. Its battery is 81.9 kWh, with a range of 437 km in the European WLTP cycle.
The other car that came to be evaluated by the public is the B05 medium hatch. It has the size of a Volkswagen Golf, but has the mechanical set of the electric B10 SUV.
As it is lighter and lower, the 218 hp engine mounted on the rear axle makes the Leapmotor B05 accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. Its battery pack results in a range of 482 km in the WLTP cycle.
If sold in Brazil, the Leapmotor B05 could be a rival to models such as the BYD Dolphin SE, the GAC Aion UT, the MG4 and the GWM Ora 03. It is already on sale in Europe and some Asian markets.
