The Chinese are quick to upgrade their cars. The Leapmotor C10, launched in Brazil in 2025, will receive a face-lift soon. AutoPapo caught the car running in tests in China.

The aesthetic changes are discreet and focused on the front. The headlights and the frieze that joins them became narrower and with straighter lines, losing the rounded curve at the bottom.

The front bumper of the Leapmotor C10 lost a black applique near the air intake. The main headlights went to a block in the piece, with the upper part being the daytime running light.

The wheels are also new. The disguise tries to make them look like more closed models, but in reality they are 5 double spokes. The car also features a LiDAR on the roof, for advanced autonomous driving functions.

Inside we can notice the redesigned center console, with space for two smartphones on the induction charger. With this, the cup holder is now further back, before the lid of the storage compartment.

The interior color is also new in the Leapmotor C10. The car spotted has a lighter shade of brown, pulled towards terracotta. Currently there is a stronger brown option, with a caramel color.

According to the Autos Segredos portal , the Leapmotor C10 will begin to be made at the Goiana (PE) plant in late 2026 or early 2027, already with this update. It will also have improvements in mechanics.

The REEV model will use a 272 hp electric motor for traction. The 100% electric BEV model will have 312 hp. In both, the drive will continue to be rear-wheel drive.

The battery pack will be made of lithium iron phosphate, promising greater durability. The autonomy will also grow in both models.
