Renault Kwid 2027 gets a new look and 10.1-inch multimedia centerThe Kwid 2027 arrives at the 2027 line with changes in the external and internal design, as well as new technology and connectivity equipment. The update incorporates elements of Renault’s latest visual identity, while maintaining the 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine, interior space and 290-liter trunk.

The model is now offered in Evolution, Techno and Outsider versions, all equipped with 14-inch wheels. The line also receives a new color option, Taupe gray. The Kwid 2027 has a promotional price (but with no fixed deadline to end) of:

The Kwid 2027 has a new design at the front and rear

The main visual change of the Kwid 2027 is at the front. The compact received a new bumper, with three-dimensional shapes, and a new front grille finished in glossy black. The set also incorporates the new Renault logo.

In the Outsider version, the bumper has a new lower finish, while the three configurations now have LED

daytime running lights (DRL).At the rear, the taillights have a new design and LED light signature. The reversing camera is integrated with the new Renault logo on the trunk lid.

The Outsider version also received new graphics on the sides, 14-inch alloy wheels with diamond finish and a two-tone roof option. The roof antenna now adopts a shark-type shape.

Kwid 2027 receives 7-inch

digital panelThe interior has also been updated. The Kwid 2027 now has a new 7-inch TFT digital instrument panel, with a screen integrated into a set of elements with a floating appearance.

The steering wheel has also been redesigned and features the new Renault logo. Seat coverings vary depending on the version. On Techno, there is fabric with a blue tone and 3D elements. On Outsider, the coating combines fabric and eco-leather, with graphics.

10.1-inch multimedia centerAmong the main technology novelties is the Media Evolution multimedia center, which now uses a 10.1-inch capacitive screen. The system allows Bluetooth connection and wireless mirroring for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also displays information related to the vehicle, fuel consumption, and driving mode.

Audio controls are available on the steering wheel, while, from the Techno version, it adds two USB-C ports.

Interior space and trunk

Despite the visual and equipment changes, the dimensions of the model remain among the highlights of the project.

The Kwid 2027 has a wheelbase of 2,423 mm, while the trunk offers 290 liters of capacity. With the rear seats folded down, the volume reaches 1,100 liters. Ground clearance is 185 mm, with an entry angle of 24.1° and an exit angle of 41.7°.

The Kwid 2027 maintains the 1.0 SCe three-cylinder, 12-valve, dual-camshaft (DOHC) and aluminum-block engine.
