Geely launched its direct sales program and included all three of its cars sold in Brazil. In addition to selling cars with discounts and tax exemptions, the brand also offers financing in up to 36 installments and a rate of 0.99% per month in this type of sales.
This type of sales was already expected by the public, especially for the compact EX2. Direct sales represent almost half of the brand new car market in Brazil.

These offers are already available at all 40 Geely dealerships throughout Brazil. The two versions of the EX2 are still offered to taxi drivers through the Move Brasil program.
The biggest discounts offered are for taxi drivers, who enjoy more tax exemptions. For PwD, the exemptions are not total because the EX2 Pro is priced above R$ 120 thousand, below this value it would have greater exemptions.
Geely currently sells three cars in Brazil: the EX2 electric hatchback, the EX5 electric medium SUV and the EX5 EM-i hybrid SUV. For now, the brand is working on the nationalization of two of these models and does not comment on other launches.
Geely intends to start producing the EX2 and EX5 EM-i at the São José dos Pinhais (PR) plant before the end of 2026. The Chinese brand bought 26% of Renault do Brasil’s operations and will be able to use the French brand’s manufacturing facility.
