Registration for the program can be made until July 13 and focuses on training in Front-End, Back-End, Python and Power BI, among others
Ford has opened registration for new classes of Ford <Enter>, a free professional training program aimed at people in situations of social vulnerability who wish to enter the job market in the technology area. In total, 80 vacancies are offered for the courses in São Paulo, which will start between August and September 2026. Interested parties can apply until July 13 on the official Ford <Enter> page.
The focus of Ford <Enter> is employability and, as part of the learning journey, about 100 students who are currently attending the program in São Paulo were invited to visit Ford’s headquarters, familiarizing themselves with the corporate environment and immersing themselves in the area of Information Technology.

In addition to a chat with the president of Ford South America, Martín Galdeano, the group attended a lecture by Ford’s IT director, Djalma Brighenti, about the technology sector and the use of AI in the area. In addition, participants were able to interact with Ford’s team of specialists, clarify doubts about the IT market and better understand the current professional scenario.

To apply for a vacancy in Ford <Enter>, interested parties must be 16 years old or older, be attending or have already completed high school, have a family income of up to four minimum wages and reside in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo.
The Ford <Enter> It was structured to democratize access to cutting-edge technological education, not requiring any prior knowledge in the area. In addition to being completely free, the program offers food and transportation allowances so that students can dedicate themselves to their studies, as well as pedagogical support and social assistance during the training period.
Face-to-face classes are held at Senai Conde José Vicente de Azevedo, located in the Ipiranga neighborhood, in São Paulo. The program offers three shift options to better suit the students’ routine, with different content.
The night class (40 vacancies) focuses on training in Front-End, Back-End, Python and Power BI, with a robust workload of about 400 hours. Morning and afternoon classes (20 vacancies each) include training in Power BI, Python, Database, Data Warehouse and Artificial Intelligence, with a workload of about 240 hours.
At the end of the course, approved students receive an official certificate issued by Senai, one of the most respected technical education institutions in the country.
“More than technical training, Ford <Enter> prepares the student for the real challenges of the job market,” says Pamela Paiffer, director of Communication and Social Responsibility at Ford South America. “All participants undergo a 40-hour socio-emotional training, carried out in partnership with Rede Cidadã, which also supports students in the active search for job opportunities after completing the course.”
Another great differential of the program is the partnership with the NGO Soul Bilíngue, which gives students the opportunity to take an English course and compete for exchange scholarships to study abroad.
