KTM has officially unveiled the new 450 Rally Replica 2027, one of the most exclusive motorcycles and close to a competition model ever offered to the public. Directly inspired by the machines that compete in the Dakar Rally, the novelty arrives in extremely limited production and with a price equivalent to around R$ 180 thousand in the standard version.

DNA straight from the Dakar
KTM’s proposal is clear: to deliver to the customer a motorcycle practically identical to the one used in the most demanding competitions in the world. The 450 Rally Replica carries a history of expressive victories, including recent achievements in the Dakar, consolidating the brand as a reference in rally raid.
The model brings real technology transfer from the tracks, with solutions developed to face extreme terrain and long stages of competition.

- The special version celebrates Luciano Benavides’ victory in the Dakar 2026 and includes special paint, carbon components, exclusive items and a VIP experience with the brand’s official team — including personalized delivery and technical support at an international event.
KTM mechanical and racing chassis
At the heart of the KTM 450 Rally Replica 2027 is a 450 cm³ single-cylinder engine, with electronic injection and a six-speed gearbox. The package is designed to deliver consistent performance in long-endurance races, accompanied by a Brembo hydraulic clutch and Akrapovič titanium exhaust, which contributes to reducing weight and improving efficiency.
The chassis adopts a trellis structure developed specifically for rallying, while the fully adjustable WP suspension offers generous travel — about 304 mm at the front and 280 mm at the rear — to absorb high-speed off-road impacts.

Another highlight is the autonomy: there are three independent fuel tanks that add up to approximately 34.5 liters, an essential feature for long stages. The carbon fiber navigation tower, with support for a digital roadbook and LED lighting, completes the competition-focused package.
Limited production and even rarer version
Exclusivity is one of the pillars of the 450 Rally Replica 2027. Only 100 units of the standard version will be produced worldwide. For an even more privileged few, KTM will offer a Factory Edition limited to just eight examples.
