Exactly 30 days ago, CFMOTO made its motorcycle sales official in Brazil with the opening of its first batch of models. Tomorrow, June 30, the brand starts selling a second batch, which will apparently follow the same logic as the first. This has not yet had significant complaints from customers about delays in deliveries and related problems. Although there is slight criticism of the service, which may be saturated by high demand, it seems that the new Chinese company started its trajectory in the national market on the right foot.

According to portals such as Motor1 and Jornal do Carro, between 700 and 800 motorcycles landed in the country in the first wave of two-wheeled models sold. In 40 minutes, all units were sold out upon reservation by the first customers.
According to CFMOTO itself, in response to questions from AutoPapo, from the moment the customer manages to complete the purchase, a period of 30 to 60 days is expected for the delivery of the models. Although the deadline for the first customers is still in progress, reports on the internet already show the delivery of the first orders.
Second batch of CFMOTO
Given this scenario, the brand felt prepared to announce a second batch of sales and, according to her, chose to continue approaching the customer with transparency and respect.

The brand’s onslaught shows efficiency in doing the simple. As much as there have not been many models sold, the proposed motorcycles promise to reach customers on time, unlike what many newcomer brands propose to do.
Royal Enfield, in 2024, suffered harsh criticism from its customers when it brought the Super Meteor 650 to Brazil. At the time, the batch of 1,200 units was ordered in a period in which only 650 were intended by the brand. This saturation in sales meant that models promised for mid-August only arrived in October. After the event, the manufacturer regularized its deliveries and ended the inconvenience with customers.
Bringing less than 1,000 motorcycles seems to have been an interesting caution of the manufacturer, which has been one of the most talked about at the moment, since the measure allows the operation to run more smoothly.
The path seems to be correct
Current complaints about the manufacturer’s motorcycles focus on customer frustrations in trying to buy a model without success. The major obstacles that make a motorcyclist think twice before purchasing, such as delay in delivery, high maintenance prices and defects, can still appear. As expert Trinity Ronzella has already stated, the brand still needs to prove itself.
Even in the face of these possibilities, the manufacturer completes its first 30 days in a positive way, with deliveries already announced and a cautious expansion of its sales.
