Pickup prepared for expeditions brings together accessories from 28 brands and will be officially unveiled during an event in Arizona
Overland Expo, an organizer of adventure events in the United States, has unveiled the basis of the 2026 “Ultimate Overland Vehicle Build”, an annual project that transforms production vehicles into machines prepared for extreme expeditions. This time, the chosen one was the Nissan Frontier Pro-4X 2026.
The pickup used in the project is a Frontier Pro-4X in Afterburn Orange, equipped with the Japanese brand’s 3.8-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine, which delivers 310 hp and 39 kgfm of torque. The model received a series of modifications aimed at off-road use and long-distance travel.

The full details of the preparation will be presented during the Overland Expo West, an event that takes place between May 15 and 17, in Flagstaff, Arizona, in the United States.
The “Ultimate Overland Vehicle Build” began in 2020 with a Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road prepared with items such as 33-inch off-road tires, extra lighting, a roof tent and even an electric bike. As in previous editions, the customized Frontier should also be auctioned in the future by the Bring a Trailer platform.
