Bugatti, the manufacturer of hypercars, now also makes golf clubs — and the most expensive set in the line costs more than a brand new sports car. In partnership with the Japanese Honma, which specializes in high-end equipment, the brand launched a collection whose top-of-the-line kit costs around R$ 371 thousand (US$ 72.000), above the starting price of a 2027 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in the United States, of approximately R$ 360 thousand (US$ 70.000).

Bugatti is the latest supersports car manufacturer to join golf, just weeks after McLaren launched its own line of clubs and accessories — which even included a $100 cap (about R$ 515). The difference is that the British company went it alone, while Bugatti resorted to an established name in the sector to sign the products.

More than equipment, the clubs were designed as collector’s pieces. The highlight is the Super Premium Bugatti Putter, offered in 4 Star and 5 Star configurations. Inspired by the rear of the Bugatti Tourbillon, it features a custom-machined head, its own grip and a base that refers to the tachometers of the brand’s cars — a design that, according to Bugatti, looks like no other for sale.

The range also includes irons and drivers divided into two collections. The Beres Super Premium, described by Bugatti itself as a collector’s work of art, comes in 3, 4 and 5 Star versions, according to the quality of the materials and exclusivity; The first two have an ice-blue finish, inspired by the brand’s signature two-tone paint. The Tour World Premium, on the other hand, focused on performance and suitable for more demanding players, is made of titanium and carbon composite.

Prices follow the ambition of the project. The putter starts at about R$ 16,5 thousand (US$ 3,200) in the 4 Star version and reaches R$ 49,4 thousand (US$ 9,600) in the 5 Star. The most affordable set is the Tour World Premium 3 Star, starting at R$ 33.5 thousand (US$ 6.500). In the Beres Super Premium, the 3, 4 and 5 Star versions cost, respectively, US$ 12.500, US$ 25.000 and US$ 72.000 – the equivalent of about R$ 64 thousand, R$ 129 thousand and R$ 371 thousand, the latter the one that surpasses the Corvette.

Exclusivity is part of the appeal: the 5 Star version of Beres Super Premium will have only 20 sets produced in the world — more aimed at collectors than those who will actually use them in the field.
