Caoa Chery has updated the Tiggo 7 for the Brazilian market. The medium SUV, which exceeded 110 thousand units produced and sold in Brazil, received changes in design, interior, equipment and mechanical calibration. The main novelty is the adoption of the same look as the PHEV version for the other options in the portfolio (Sport and Pro).
The new Tiggo 7 has changes at the front and rear. The SUV receives new bumpers, headlights and taillights, as well as 18-inch wheels in the Sport version and 19-inch wheels in the Pro. The model now measures 4.55 m in length, an increase of 5.3 cm (with changes in the bumpers), and 1.86 m in width, 2.0 cm more than the predecessor. The trunk now offers 565 liters.

The cabin has been completely redesigned. The main highlight is the new integrated digital instrument panel, formed by two 12.3-inch screens, which total 24.6 inches. The dashboard also receives a new center console, new multifunction steering wheel and new front seats.
According to CAOA Chery, the model received improvements in acoustic insulation, including a Silent Glass windshield. The SUV also now has native offline GPS.
Tiggo 7 Sport just got faster

entry-level Sport version received a new calibration of the 1.5 turbo flex engine, which now delivers 143 hp and 22,8 kgfm of torque. According to the figures released by the brand, the SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.92 seconds, a reduction of 0.71 seconds compared to the previous model.
The Tiggo 7 Sport also offers ventilation for the driver’s seat and maintains the proposal to expand the relationship between equipment and price within the line.
The Tiggo 7 Pro maintains the 1.6 turbo engine, with 180 hp and 28 kgfm of torque. In this configuration, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 8.27 seconds.

of the main changes of the new Caoa Chery Tiggo 7 is in safety. The entire range now has seven airbags as standard, including the central airbag between the front seats.
The Pro version expands the list of equipment with a 540° camera, Sony sound system with eight speakers, panoramic sunroof, electric trunk and dual zone digital air conditioning with N95 protection.
The SUV also has the ADAS Max Drive driving assistance package, bringing together the electronic systems available in the most equipped version.
