The main difference is in the suspension, which received specific shock absorbers and springs for a seven-seater vehicle. The set raises the body by up to 30 mm, increasing ground clearance to 320 mm and improving the angles of attack (30.1°) and departure (24.8°). According to Chevrolet, the changes were approved and went through the entire validation process of the automaker, including structural tests, durability and recalibration of electronic systems.

The version also adopts Michelin LTX Force tires, developed to offer better traction on dirt, mud and gravel without compromising performance on asphalt. In practice, the brand claims that the SUV has less body wobble on uneven floors, greater control in low-grip curves and more stability on rough terrain.

Under the hood, the Trailblazer Midnight maintains the Duramax 2.8 turbodiesel engine, which delivers 207 hp and 52 kgfm of torque, combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission and the 4×4 traction system with reduced. According to data from Inmetro, consumption is 8.7 km/l in the city and 10.2 km/l on the highway.

Exclusive look

In addition to mechanical preparation, the special series bets on a different look. Grille, emblems, roof rack, mirrors, door handles, 18-inch wheels and other exterior details are finished in black, contrasting with the bodywork in the exclusive Sharkskin color. The package also includes a front bumper extender with LED lighting, apparent tow hooks, reinforced lower protection and exhaust with a darkened finish.
