Haojue expanded its portfolio in the Brazilian market with the launch of two motorcycles last Friday (17). The novelties are the Burgman ADX 125 scooter, which rescues one of the best-known names in the urban segment in the country, and the NK 160 trail, successor to the NK 150.
The two models arrive to reinforce the manufacturer’s line with a focus on more technology and equipment, as well as mechanical upgrades. The NK 160 is now available at dealerships for R$ 19.510, while the Burgman ADX 125 has a suggested price of R$ 16.950. In both cases, shipping is charged separately.

Burgman ADX 125 marks return of traditional name

The return of the Burgman name to the Brazilian market is the biggest news. The scooter, which was sold in Brazil under the Suzuki brand, which is now a “partner” of Hajoue, arrives in a completely new generation, after 11 years of use. The bet is on a more complete technological package to compete for space among low-engine urban models.
Among the highlights of the new Burgman is the adoption of a 12-inch front wheel, larger than the one used in the old national Burgman, favoring stability. The model also offers ABS brakes on the front wheel, traction control with the possibility of shutting down, keyless key and parking brake.
The equipment list also includes a TFT panel, full LED lighting (disconnectable), USB port and rear trunk as standard.
Power and torque
The Burgman ADX uses a 124.9 cm³, air-cooled single-cylinder engine, capable of delivering 9 hp of power and 1.02 kgfm of torque, always combined with the CVT automatic transmission.
Haojue NK 160 gets more power and new equipment

The main novelty of the NK 160 is the 162 cm³ single-cylinder engine, which replaces the old 150 cm³ engine. According to Haojue, power has increased by about 20%, from the 12 hp of the NK 150 to 14.3 hp at 8,000 rpm. Torque is 1,48 kgfm at 6.500 rpm, with a five-speed manual transmission.
In addition to the new mechanical set, the motorcycle received updates to the chassis and equipment list. Now, it has a disc brake on the rear wheel, while the ABS system acts only on the front wheel. The manufacturer points out that the configuration of a channel allows the rear wheel to be kept free on dirt stretches, a characteristic valued by some motorcyclists who use the model off the asphalt.
The optical set started to use full LED lighting, while the digital panel and USB port remain among the standard items. The trail continues to be equipped with a 19-inch front wheel, 17-inch rear wheel and long-travel suspension, maintaining the proposal to face both urban use and dirt roads.
