T-Cross Rock in Rio receives exclusive details inspired by the festival, in addition to equipment present in the most complete configurations of the line
Volkswagen has just unveiled the last attraction of the most important rock festival in the country in 2026: the T-Cross Rock in Rio. It is a special series that marks the debut of the SUV as the official car of the festival. Based on the 200 TSI version, the novelty combines an exclusive look, differentiated equipment and references to the world of music.
Externally, the T-Cross Rock in Rio can be configured in the colors Ninja Black, Sunset Red, Platinum Gray and Ascot Gray. With the exception of the Ninja Black, all options have two-tone paint, with a roof painted in black. Ascot Gray, previously exclusive to the Extreme version, is now part of the color list of the special series.

The SUV also receives 17-inch diamond and blacked-out wheels equipped with Seal Inside tires, a technology that uses a sealant layer capable of automatically sealing small punctures. Festival-themed stickers are also present on the doors and trunk lid, in addition to the Rock in Rio logo applied to the rear columns.
The model also features an LED illuminated strip on the front grille, an item that was previously exclusive to the Highline and Extreme versions, helping to complement the visual package. Inside, the cabin gains an exclusive finish, with a darkened roof, personalized seats with blue stitching, red details and festival logos.
And as the model is exclusive to a music festival, the new T-Cross Rock in Rio leaves the factory with six speakers, increasing the connection with the world of music and the sound quality present in the vehicle.
It is not the first time that VW has sponsored the festival. The brand has already been present in six editions of Rock in Rio and was also present in the two editions of The Town, with special editions of the models: Gol, Fox, Saveiro and Polo Track.
