Caoa Changan reduced the price of the recently launched CS75 by R$ 20 thousand after reaching the mark of 5 thousand vehicles sold in Brazil in just three months of operation. With the discount, the medium SUV goes from R$ 199.990 to R$ 179.990 — a condition valid for a limited time, while stocks last, and also extended to customers who had already purchased the model.

According to the Chinese-Brazilian manufacturer, the sales pace was mainly driven by the UNI-T coupe SUV and represents one of the fastest growth among Chinese brands that have recently arrived in the country. The company currently operates with about 30 dealerships and intends to reach 50 points by the end of 2026. Produced at the Anápolis (GO) plant, the CS75 arrives to face competitors such as Jeep Compass, Volkswagen Taos and GWM Haval H6, with a focus on cost-benefit.

Sold in a single Infinity version, the model carries a relevant history outside Brazil: according to Changan, there are more than 3 million units sold in 117 countries since its global debut, 12 years ago, a period in which it led sales of combustion SUVs in China between 2021 and 2025.

Here, the CS75 measures 4.77 meters in length, 2.80 meters in wheelbase and offers a trunk that goes from 610 liters, in normal use, to 725 liters with the floor lowered. Paint options include pearlescent white, metallic black, and metallic gray.

Under the hood, the CS75 uses a 1.5 turbo flex engine with 180 hp and 29,2 kgfm of torque, associated with an eight-speed Aisin automatic transmission. The manufacturer reports acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds and a warranty of seven years or 150 thousand kilometers, whichever comes first.

The suspension is independent on all four wheels, with a McPherson system at the front and multilink at the rear, calibrated for Brazilian driving conditions. The set includes 20″ alloy wheels shod with Pirelli tires and disc brakes on all four wheels.

Among the highlights is the extensive list of equipment. The interior features three integrated screens that add up to 37.2″, 540° vision camera, Pioneer sound system with 14 speakers and “Zero Gravity” front seats with electric adjustments, heating, ventilation and massage function.

In safety, the SUV offers level 2 semi-autonomous driving, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane keeping and change assistants, forward collision warning and congestion assistant.
