Domestic incident in the agreste region of Alagoas accumulated millions of views and generated a support network between parents on social networks
A moment of domestic distraction has become one of the biggest recent TikTok phenomena in Brazil. That’s because little Pedro Augusto, 2 years old, took advantage of his mother’s carelessness to scratch the family car — a white sedan — from end to end with a blue permanent pen. The case, which took place in the municipality of Lagoa da Canoa, in the agreste of Alagoas, gained national repercussion after the record of the prank accumulated more than 3 million views on social networks.

According to Alagoas 24 Horas, close to the time of leaving for work, the mother, Larissa went to look for her son in the garage and found the case open. The bad feeling made her imagine that the walls of the place would have been the target. The reality, however, was revealed when the boy called her, overflowing with pride: “Look, Mom, how beautiful Dad’s car was.” “I was paralyzed because the more I walked, the more risks I had. My reaction was to cry,” reported the teacher.

As her husband traveled for work, Larissa preferred to omit the case initially to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. She took the vehicle to an establishment specializing in automotive aesthetics, where she managed to completely remove the chemical paint from the bodywork. Upon seeing the video of the prank with the problem already solved, the father even thought that the images were generated by artificial intelligence, but reacted calmly.
Larissa talked to her son to explain that the conduct was inappropriate. He admitted, however, that he did not have the courage to reprimand him harshly, since he genuinely believed he had made a work of art.
In the messages of the report, netizens revealed similar troubles, from a child who used a stone as a brush on the body of a vehicle to the case of a girl who sprayed an entire bottle of an expensive perfume simulating a waterfall. The public’s response showed that, when it comes to children’s creativity, surprise is always guaranteed.
