The Ram 1500 gained another version in the range, the Big Horn, which starts at R$ 449.990, a value that makes it the cheapest large or full size pickup on the market. The option appears as a spiritual successor to the old Classic, which the brand launched in 2022, with a body from the previous generation.

To reach the value, the pickup lost some equipment and gained decoration with less chrome. However, it continues with the powerful 6-cylinder in-line 3.0 biturbo engine with 426 hp and 64,8 kgfm, combined with the 8-speed automatic transmission.
The towing capacity, a big star in this type of pickup, is 4.5 tons — the largest in the segment in Brazil. Its traction is 4×4 with reduced and automatic mode, which can be used on asphalt.
The Ram 1500 is the only large pickup with coil springs on the rear axle, which provides greater comfort and does not make it bounce on bad floors. This slightly impairs the load capacity, which is 570 kg. It doesn’t have the top-of-the-line air suspension.

The front grille has a body-colored border and a black central portion, the chrome is restricted to the wheels and mirrors. Inside, the model features fabric seats, as well as the Big Horn versions of the Rampage and Dakota.
The Ram 1500 Big Horn equipment package already has two-zone air conditioning, LED headlights with reflectors, leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated seats, electrically adjustable pedals, Alpine sound system and ADAS package.

Among the items lost are the Ram Box, the LED headlights with projectors, the leather upholstery of the seats, the lane centering of the ADAS systems and the sunroof.
With the new Big Horn version of the 1500, Ram reinforces its position as a brand focused on pickup trucks with a wider range. It also has more luxurious versions and the big 2500 and 3500, in addition to the Rampage and Dakota access models.
