Jeep went ahead and revealed the look of the national Avenger. The new entry-level SUV will be the official car of the “Todo Mundo no Rio” event, which takes place this Sunday (3) and will feature a concert by Colombian singer Shakira.

The Jeep Avenger produced in Brazil already arrives with a renewed look, different from the European model and anticipating the face-lift it will receive there. The biggest change is in the bumper, which has a more robust appearance. It also gained an illuminated grille, to be in line with new international models.

The launch color of the Jeep Avenger is a citrus green. The interior remains a mystery, the car has dark film in the photos, but we anticipate that it will be different from the European model.

In the photos we can notice some details about the car, such as the presence of a radar on the bumper for ADAS systems. That is, the Avenger’s assistants will be more complete than those of the Fiat Pulse, for example. It also has the sensor on the side of the rear bumper for the blind spot monitor.

The Jeep Avenger will be positioned as an entry-level SUV, to compete against the Volkswagen Tera, Renault Kardian, Fiat Pulse, Honda WR-V, Nissan Kait and Kia Stonic. The brand has already discontinued the Sport model of the Renegade to leave room in the range for the novelty, so prices should be between R$ 110 thousand and R$ 150 thousand.

Its differential in this segment will be the sophisticated brand image that Jeep has in Brazil. The interior finish and equipment package should justify this nickname to rivals.

The Jeep Avenger will be produced at the Porto Real (RJ) plant, along with the current Citroën line. The reason for this is the use of the CMP modular platform, developed by the French side of Stellantis and of modern design.

The engine will be the 1.0 turbo three-cylinder GSE, designed by Fiat do Brasil and also in use by Peugeot and Citroën cars. It will be aided by the 12-volt mild hybrid system. The gearbox is CVT with seven-speed simulation.

The Avenger will debut a different calibration of this engine, with 115 hp. This will be done to fit it into the Federal Government’s sustainable car program, providing tax reductions. The torque of 20,4 kgfm will be maintained, the loss of performance will be more felt in road use.

The launch of the Jeep Avenger is scheduled for the first half of 2026.
