Brazilian drivers must annually renew their Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate (CRLV). 1. Enter the website
2. Click Access.
3. Sign in with your gov.br account.
4. If the vehicle is yours, the system shows the data automatically.
5. If the vehicle belongs to someone else, inform the license plate and RENAVAN.
6. Check the vehicle’s data (license plate, RENAVAN, model, year, color and situation) and the existence of any debt (IPVA, licensing and fines).

For the process to be complete and the driver to be able to issue the CRLV, in addition to paying the fee, it is necessary that he has also paid the IPVA and all traffic fines and pending issues associated with the vehicle.

It is possible to issue your car document from the CNH do Brasil app (former Digital Transit Card – CDT), simply:
