The Chinese Voge took another step in its arrival in the Brazilian market and officially started the production of motorcycles in the Industrial Pole of Manaus (AM). The Start of Production (SOP) ceremony, held this month, marked the beginning of the national assembly of the manufacturer’s first four models in the country: the adventurous DS900X and DS525X, as well as the SR4 Max and SR3 scooters.

The brand had announced its entry into Brazil in February this year, confirming an operation with CKD assembly at Dafra’s structure in Manaus. At the time, Voge revealed plans to launch at least six models between 2026 and 2027, betting on premium motorcycles to compete in segments dominated by Japanese and European.

Now, with the assembly line in operation, the manufacturer confirms the start of national production and reinforces the strategy of consolidating its presence in the country. According to Rodrigo Moutinho, general manager of Voge Brazil, the investment was motivated by the potential of the Brazilian motorcycle market.

National production is a reality that is already happening. We chose to invest in Brazil because we believe in the potential of the market and we want to deliver premium motorcycles to Brazilian riders with complete support, impeccable quality and real agility from day one,” said the executive.

The operation also involves industrial partners from Dafra da Amazônia and technical teams from the factory located in Manaus.

The brand’s main bet is the DS900X, equipped with an 895 cm³ twin-cylinder engine, capable of delivering 95 hp and 9,7 kgfm of torque. The model features an electronic package with riding modes, traction control, Cornering ABS and Full HD front camera.

The adventurer uses adjustable KYB suspension, Brembo brakes and 21-inch wheels at the front and 17 at the rear, targeting the big trails segment aimed at travel and mixed use.

Just below is the DS525X, a medium-capacity model that has a 494 cm³ parallel twin-cylinder engine, with 53,8 hp at 8,500 rpm and 5 kgfm at 7,000 rpm, associated with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.

There are two riding modes (Road and Rain). The chassis includes KYB inverted front suspension and adjustable KYB rear monoshock. On the brakes, there are double discs at the front and single at the rear, with Bosch ABS and traction control.

The package also includes a 7-inch color panel with turn-by-turn connectivity and navigation, HD front camera, full LED lighting, hand and motor guards, center stand, 12V/USB outlet and rear rack. The wheels are spoked, 19-inch rim at the front and 17 at the rear, reinforcing the proposal for use on roads and stretches of light dirt.

SR4 Max and SR3

In the scooter segment, Voge confirmed the SR4 Max, classified as a GT maxiscooter. It comes with a 349.8 cm³ single-cylinder engine, capable of 34 hp at 7.500 rpm and 3.5 kgfm at 6.000 rpm

Among the standard items are an electric windshield, heated seats and grips, dual front brakes with J.Juan calipers, ABS, traction control and HD front camera. The proposal is to serve those looking for performance superior to traditional urban scooters, with a focus on road trips and short trips.

The SR3 is the smallest scooter confirmed so far. It is equipped with a 244.3 cm³ single-cylinder engine, with a power of 25.5 hp and torque of approximately 2.3 kgfm, combined with the CVT automatic transmission. The model offers dual-channel ABS, traction control, tire pressure monitoring and emergency braking alert

Premium strategy and production in Manaus

According to the company, all models use components from global suppliers such as KYB, Bosch, Brembo, Nissin, J.Juan and Pirelli/Metzeler. The brand also states that national production should contribute to job creation, technology transfer and strengthening of the Manaus Industrial Pole.

Voge’s Brazilian operation is the result of a joint investment between Loncin Motor Co. Ltd. and Grupo Vacas & Caruso, an Argentine conglomerate linked to the automotive and motorcycle sector.

Despite the start of production, the manufacturer has not yet officially released prices or exact dates of arrival at Brazilian dealerships.
