Avelloz, from Pernambuco, is entering a mega expansion plan and with that announced its own factory in the Industrial Pole of Manaus (AM). The project was approved by the Superintendence of the Manaus Free Trade Zone (Suframa), through Resolution No. 490, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on July 6, 2026.
The new unit will be intended for the manufacture of motorcycles between 100 cm³ and 450 cm³. Until then, the brand’s models were assembled in Pernambuco. According to Avelloz, the change will allow it to expand production capacity, reduce logistics times by being closer to the supply chain and take advantage of the tax incentives offered by the Manaus Free Trade Zone.
The approval of the project took place after technical analysis by the Engineering and Economics areas of Suframa.
The manufacturer also confirmed that it intends to expand its portfolio and launch at least five new motorcycles throughout 2027. Future models, however, have not yet had names, specifications or categories revealed.
According to the company, Avelloz currently has more than 450 stores in Brazil and claims to occupy the fifth position among the brands that sell the most motorcycles in the country, according to data from Fenabrave.
Currently, the manufacturer has only two motorcycle models in its line up presented on its official website, avelloz.com.br.
Avelloz AZ125 Alpha
The AZ125 Alfa is one of the main representatives of the brand in the small urban segment.
The Avelloz AZ125 Alfa is equipped with a 123.67 cm³ single-cylinder engine, powered by electronic injection (EFI), capable of delivering 8.5 hp of power at 8,000 rpm and maximum torque of 0.87 kgfm at 6,000 rpm. The set works with a four-speed semi-automatic transmission and electric start, while the maximum speed declared by the manufacturer exceeds 83 km/h.
Among the equipment, the AZ125 Alfa offers full LED lighting, digital instrument panel, USB ports of types A and C and CBS braking system, with disc at the front and drum at the rear. The model weighs 109 kg (dry weight), has a 5-liter fuel tank, 17-inch wheels, a load capacity of up to 150 kg and dimensions of 1,950 mm long, 690 mm wide and 1,100 mm high, with a wheelbase of 1,270 mm.
Avelloz AZ160 X-Treme
Positioned above the 125 cm³ version, the AZ160 offers a more powerful set for those looking for better performance without giving up the urban proposal.
It is equipped with a 161.9 cm³ single-cylinder engine, with liquid cooling and electronic injection, which delivers 12.3 hp of power at 8.000 rpm and maximum torque of 1.18 kgfm at 6.500 rpm. The set is connected to a five-speed manual transmission, uses electric start and reaches a top speed of more than 110 km/h, with average reported consumption of around 35 km/l.
Among the equipment, the trail has full LED lighting, LCD digital panel, USB ports of types A and C, windshield, side protectors (sliders) and rear luggage rack. The braking system uses CBS, with discs on both wheels, while the long-travel suspension works with a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. The bike weighs 136 kg (dry weight), has a 13-liter fuel tank, a wheelbase of 1,380 mm, a ground clearance of 270 mm and a load capacity of up to 150 kg.
With the installation of the factory in Manaus, the company’s expectation is to strengthen the distribution of its products, especially in the South and Southeast regions, in addition to creating conditions to expand production and receive the new models scheduled for 2027. The company has not yet informed the schedule for the start of operations of the unit or the expected annual production volume.

Founded in 2008, Avelloz operates in the Brazilian motorcycle market and claims to have sold more than 150 thousand units since the beginning of its operations. The company has a network of more than 460 accredited points of sale across the country and, according to Fenabrave data for 2025, occupies the fifth position among the brands that most license motorcycles in Brazil. Its portfolio consists of low and medium motorization models aimed mainly at urban use and work, as well as quadricycles, with a focus on offering affordable mobility options.
