Mitsubishi presented this Thursday (20) the Triton Sertões, a special series of the pickup created in honor of the rally of which the brand is the oldest sponsor. With limited production and a price of R$ 339,990, the edition arrives on the eve of the 34th edition of the Sertões Rally, which starts on Saturday (22) in Goiânia and ends on the 30th, in the same city, after about 4 thousand km in eight stages.
Developed in partnership with the organizers of the competition, the series is based on the Triton Savana, the most robust configuration of the line, produced at the Catalão (GO) plant. The price is R$ 10 thousand below the launch value of the Savana, announced in November 2025 at R$ 349.990 in a print run of 80 units. Mitsubishi did not say how many examples will be manufactured. Sales take place through the brand’s website and at dealerships.
The bodywork is painted in Concrete Spot Gray, pearlescent, with details in Sertões orange, the tone used in the official emblem of the rally. Grille, Dynamic Shield, snorkel and door trims are black, while door handles and B-pillar gain glossy black with graphics that reproduce the race route. Stickers on the hood and the Sertões logo on the front doors and tailgate complete the look.

The 18″ wheels are shod with Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac RT LT265/60R18 tires, suitable for severe terrain.
In the cabin, the seats are covered in leather with orange stitching and electric adjustments for the driver. The panel and front doors received a Soft Pad finish in the same color, and the floor has rubber mats in the shape of a tray. A Sertões plaque on the dashboard, on the passenger side, identifies the edition.

205 hp engine and crossing up to 80 cm
The Triton Sertões uses the 2.4 turbodiesel 4N16 Super High Power engine, with dual turbine, which delivers 205 hp and 47,9 kgfm of torque from 1,500 rpm, associated with a six-speed automatic transmission with INVECS-II adaptive calibration.
Traction is handled by the Super Select 4WD-II system, with 2H, 4H, 4HLc and 4LLc modes, plus seven driving programs: Normal, ECO, Gravel, Snow, Mud, Sand and Rock. The package includes hill descent control, active traction control, rear differential lock and Active Yaw Control. According to the manufacturer, the snorkel and the high vent of the differential allow it to cross flooded stretches of up to 80 cm.
The standard list also features a 9″ multimedia center with offline GPS and wireless connection for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, digital instrument panel, two-zone automatic air conditioning and roof air circulator for rear occupants. Rain and twilight sensors, front and rear parking sensors and a 360º camera complete the set.
