Leapmotor cuts C10 and B10 prices for taxi drivers and app drivers

The sanction of the law that made the Move Brasil Taxi and Apps program permanent gave new impetus to Leapmotor’s offensive on paid passenger transport. With the benefits, the C10 REEV (called Ultra-Hybrid by the brand) starts at R$ 168,090 for taxi drivers and R$ 192,490 for eligible app drivers, while the B10 Electric costs R$ 144,690 and R$ 170,190 under the same conditions.

Sanctioned on Monday (14), Law 15,503/2026 removed the provisional nature of the program, created in May by provisional measure, and maintained the limit of R$ 30 billion in credit for the renewal of fleets of taxi drivers, app drivers, delivery workers and school transport drivers.

The requirement of 12 months of activity on the same platform for those who run by app has also been dropped: the minimum period is now six months, provided that at least 100 rides in the period are proven.

The financing can be paid in installments of up to 84 months, with a grace period of up to six months for the payment of the principal, and reaches vehicles of up to R$ 200 thousand. In the case of Leapmotor, the operation is in charge of Banco Stellantis, an institution accredited by BNDES to serve the eligible public.

In the brand’s public table, the C10 REEV is advertised at R$ 219.990 and the B10, at R$ 182.990.

Only REEV for sale in the country

The C10 is the only in-line model in Brazil with REEV technology, an acronym for extended range electric vehicle. In this arrangement, the wheels are powered exclusively by the electric motor, with 215 hp and 32,6 kgfm, while the 1.5 gasoline acts only as a generator to recharge the 28,4 kWh battery.

The result is electric driving 100% of the time without depending on an electric station, a weighty argument for those who drive hundreds of kilometers a day. According to the manufacturer, the combined autonomy reaches about 950 km with a full 50-liter tank.

Also designed for the comfort of those traveling in the back, the SUV features seats with multi-density foams and hypoallergenic upholstery certified by the OEKO-TEX standard, reclining rear seats and a panoramic sunroof of more than 2.0 m², activated by voice command.

Electric B10 completes the duo

Cheaper, the B10 is 100% electric, with a 218 hp engine and 24.5 kgfm, a 67.1 kWh battery and a range of 288 km by the Inmetro cycle, a more conservative number than the 460 km measured by the Chinese CLTC cycle. The model is also the brand’s gateway to the country and shares much of the technological package with its bigger brother.

Leapmotor started selling cars in Brazil at the end of 2025, under the joint venture signed between the Chinese brand and Stellantis, and relies on the group’s dealership network to serve the professional public.
