The national program Oficina Brasil Educa will hold this Thursday (21), at 7 pm, an edition of its training aimed at the technical training of automotive repairers. The face-to-face meeting will take place at the CDL Betim Auditorium, located at Rua Vicência Maria de Jesus, 375, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte. The focus of the event is to discuss the modernization of the routine of mechanical workshops, bringing together specialists to discuss preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostic methods and good practices to optimize service time.

Cycle of lectures and technical topics

The event’s technical program is structured in three main lectures, conducted by representatives of major suppliers of auto parts and inputs in the sector. Castrol opens the evening with the panel “An invisible enemy: how water condensation in oil destroys engines that run little”. Taught by Norival Oliveira, the presentation details the impacts of lubricant contamination on vehicles subjected to short journeys — a condition often underestimated and classified as severe use.

Next, the focus shifts to the dynamic behavior of the vehicle: Adilson Pereira commands the Indisa block with the lecture “Driving in focus: management and care with the steering and suspension system”, in which he will guide professionals on the safety protocols and durability of these components. To close the cycle, Fabio Oliveira presents the ACDelco panel, “How to do well-done maintenance and not to have a return”. The objective is to outline quality control strategies that ensure the efficiency of the service and eliminate execution failures, avoiding rework.

The program and registration

With a strong appeal to technological innovation, Oficina Brasil Educa is an initiative designed to prepare the independent repair market for the future. The classes are completely free and offer recognized certification in the area. In addition to the updated theoretical and practical basis, the project provides support to the community of mechanics and promotes access to new equipment. To participate in the training in Betim and check the next dates on the calendar, interested professionals must register through the program’s official channels.
