The fire would have started with an electric motorcycle in charge spreading throughout the residence; no one was injured
Last Sunday (12), a fire hit the home of the parents of funk singer Guilherme Kaue Castanheira Alves, MC Gui, in the Vila Formosa neighborhood, in the east of São Paulo. According to Rogério Alves, the artist’s father, the fire started from an electric motorcycle that was connected to the outlet.
The flames spread quickly and destroyed the garage, in addition to reaching part of the residence. Despite the damage, no one was injured, including residents and the family’s pet capuchin monkey.

Among the losses of material goods are two vehicles from Rogério’s collection: a 1987 Volkswagen Passat GTS Pointer, which had been a gift from his children, and a modified Chevrolet Chevette for drag racing.
In a post on social media, MC Gui said that his parents were awake at the time of the fire, after returning from a birthday, which helped avoid more serious consequences. The singer also said that he should release more information about the case soon.
