Fiat officially presented the new Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback, two global SUVs that expand the brand’s SUV portfolio. Unveiled during the manufacturer’s 127th anniversary celebrations on July 11, the models will make their first public appearance at the Paris Motor Show in October and hit the international market from the last quarter of 2026.
According to Fiat, the two vehicles complete the brand’s global line by serving different consumer profiles without giving up practicality and focus on family use. While the Grizzly bets on the traditional SUV format, favoring interior space and comfort, the Grizzly Fastback adopts a body with lines closer to a coupe, maintaining the same versatility proposal.
The presentation was made through a video that plays with the idea of two new members arriving in the family. The scene takes place in an Italian registry office, where Olivier François registers the SUVs as if they were newcomers, turning the bureaucratic procedure into an improvised test drive.

“The Grizzly is the SUV for those looking for space and comfort, while the Grizzly Fastback offers these same benefits in a more striking silhouette. This is not just another launch: it is Fiat doing what it has always done best, making family transport simple, accessible and truly economical,” said François, CEO of Fiat and global marketing director of Stellantis.
Compact on the outside and spacious on the inside, the Grizzly measures 4.4 meters in length and was designed to yield good internal use without giving up contained dimensions. The Grizzly Fastback reaches 4.5 meters and has a trunk of up to 600 liters, combining more elegant proportions and expressive design with the practicality required in daily use.

The range will have gasoline, mild hybrid and fully electric engine options, with power of up to 147 hp. Depending on the market, the models may be equipped with manual or automatic transmission. The line will also be offered in seven color options and will bring technologies aimed at facilitating mobility in everyday life.
According to the manufacturer, the two SUVs are part of the product strategy presented during Stellantis’ Investor Day, held on May 21, in Auburn Hills (USA). According to the company, the plan reinforces Fiat’s position as one of its most international brands, with operations concentrated in three main markets: Europe, the Middle East and Africa and South America.
