For a car to work properly, different fluids are needed and each one of them must have its own care

There are six fluids in your car that must be topped up or replaced according to the level or time frame marked in the manual. There are also more careful drivers who change all of them when purchasing the used car.

These liquids are:

  • Engine crankcase oil;
  • Brake fluid, which is not changed if it is low, the right thing is to send the car to the workshop;
  • Liquid from the cooling system, which was once radiator water;
  • Gearbox fluid, especially if it is automatic;
  • Power steering fluid, if your car is no longer modern and already has electric steering,
  • Washer fluid for the front and rear windows, windshield and porthole and headlights in some cars.
