The Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate (CRLV) must be renewed annually. This occurs automatically with the payment of the Motor Vehicle Property Tax (IPVA) and the Annual Vehicle Licensing Renewal Fee (TRLAV). The Pará Traffic Department (Detran-PA) has already released the dates and values of the 2026 licensing.

Once paid, the new document can be accessed through the CNH do Brasil application, the service portal of the National Traffic Secretariat (Senatran) or the Detran website.

For the process to be complete and the driver to be able to issue the CRLV, in addition to paying the fee, it is necessary that he has also paid the IPVA and all traffic fines and pending issues associated with the vehicle.

How to pay TRLAV PA

The payment of the licensing fee can be made in person at the Detran headquarters, at the outposts and at Ciretrans (Regional Traffic Districts) or online, with just a few data through the Detran-PA website:

  4. Issue the State Collection Document (DAE);
  5. Make the payment by the due date at the partner banks: Banco do Brasil, Banpará, Basa, Bradesco, Itaú and Santander.

After payment confirmation, the Electronic Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate (CRLV-e) is available for download and printing on the agency’s website, in the “CRLV-e Issuance” tab, in addition to being accessible through the CNH do Brasil application (former Digital Traffic Card).
