The news gained repercussion on social networks after the profile @topuraidemoto showing the operation of the equipment installed at MotoBox Tech, a company specializing in accessories for motorcyclists.
In the video, the influencer takes his own helmet to go through the cleaning process, which promises to reduce odors and eliminate microorganisms present in the internal lining of the equipment. The publication aroused the curiosity of many motorcyclists, since the complete cleaning of a helmet usually requires the disassembly of the linings — when they are removable — or manual washing.
How does the helmet sanitizing machine work?
The principle is relatively simple: the helmet is placed inside a closed chamber, where a sanitization process takes place through specific disinfection and air treatment technologies. The objective is to reduce the presence of bacteria, fungi and odors caused by the sweat accumulated during use.
