Volkswagen, in partnership with Uber, launched a campaign that swaps traditional discounts for a cashback system linked to productivity. The initiative includes discounts of up to 12% for cash purchases.

For acquisition through financing, drivers will be able to count on a special cashback program with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS), which provides for the granting of discounts on vehicle installments, upon compliance with established criteria.

For used VWFS vehicles, the total cashback amount is R$ 2,000, distributed in three quarterly installments. In this case, it is necessary to be in good standing with the financing and reach an accumulated of 840 trips every three months to guarantee the benefit.

How the discount works

Drivers interested in Volkswagen models will be able to access an exclusive page, which works as a single channel for checking eligibility, joining the campaign and consulting offers. In addition, Uber will carry out a targeted communication to eligible partners, with guidance on how to participate in the initiative.

On the platform, the driver must select the model of interest and inform the email used in the Uber application, an essential step for data validation. After confirming eligibility, it will be possible to continue the registration and follow the guidelines for referral to a concessionaire.

Volkswagen will have MPI8
Tera MPI can go for up to R$ 87.987

In cases of cash payment, the discount will be applied directly to the value of the vehicle. In financing through Volkswagen Financial Services, the partner driver will be able to receive cashback in installments, as long as he meets the established criteria. Volkswagen Financial Services, through LM Mobility, will also be responsible for offering these used models at selected dealerships.

Strict rules

To guarantee reimbursement, the attendance rules are strict. The driver must make at least 280 trips per month and make at least 80% of the trips aboard the purchased vehicle. From the 1st to the 3rd month, the money falls automatically; From the 4th to the 18th month, the amount becomes a reduction in the financing portion after checking the goals.

The campaign includes four new models of the brand. The prices and bonuses applied to the category of professionals can be seen in the table below:
