The Labor Court of Paraíba has scheduled for August 31 the auction of five vehicles seized from influencer Hytalo Santos, including a McLaren Artura Spider and a Tesla Cybertruck pickup. The set was valued at around R$ 4.8 million, but the initial bids start from lower values and add up to R$ 4.32 million. The offers will be made over the internet, on the website of the auctioneer in charge, Marcos Túlio Leilões.
The auction does not run in the criminal sphere. The determination is from the Regional Labor Court of the 13th Region (TRT-PB), in a process that is being processed under the secrecy of Justice, and responds to the request of the Public Ministry of Labor of Paraíba (MPT-PB). According to the court, the sale seeks to guarantee resources for eventual payment of compensation for collective moral damage and for actions of reparation and assistance to the victims. In the labor sphere, the influencer is investigated for allegations of exploitation of child labor in the production of videos.

From McLaren to jet skis
The most valuable piece is the McLaren Artura Spider, valued at R$ 2.85 million and with an initial bid of R$ 2,565,000. The Tesla Cybertruck AWD was valued at R$ 1,45 million and opens at R$ 1,305,000. In both cases, the minimum bid is equivalent to 90% of the evaluation. Completing the list is a UTV Bombardier SSV MAV MAX XRS 72 Turbo, which opens at R$ 180 thousand, and two jet skis of the same brand: a GTX LTD 325, starting at R$ 162 thousand, and an RXP Carbon 300, starting at R$ 108 thousand.
The reports of the process describe the assets in detail. The McLaren is a 2024/2025 gray, hybrid, two-seater convertible. The Cybertruck AWD, also gray, appears in the evaluation with the battery health recorded at 72%, relevant information for those who intend to bid on a used electric vehicle. Until the last update of the catalog, none of the vehicles had received an offer.
Arrest in 2025 and conviction in February
Hytalo Santos and her husband, Israel Natã Vicente, known as MC Euro, were arrested on August 15, 2025 in Carapicuíba, in Greater São Paulo. In February 2026, the Paraíba Court sentenced the influencer to 11 years and 4 months in prison in a closed regime, and Israel to 8 years, 10 months and 20 days, for crimes of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The sentence also set the payment of R$ 500 thousand in compensation for moral damages to the victims. The defense appeals in the second instance.
