Lexus has made official the arrival of the 2026 LM 500h minivan lineup, introducing a package of updates focused on passenger well-being and technological refinement. The model, which has established itself as a reference in high-end executive transport since its launch in 2023, undergoes its third consecutive annual review to maintain competitiveness in the Asian and European markets.
The main innovations are concentrated in the rear cabin: in the Executive configuration, with only four seats, the automaker installed courtesy lights on the sliding doors that project lighting on the floor to facilitate night access. In addition, the on-board cooler has been redesigned with flexible dividers, allowing for the safe storage of different container sizes without wobbling during the journey.

In terms of connectivity, Lexus has increased the power of the USB-C ports to 60 W, enough capacity for fast charging of high-performance electronic devices, such as notebooks. Acoustic comfort, the central pillar of the LM line, also received attention: the Executive and Version L variants adopted new tires with optimized tread patterns to reduce rolling noise on highways.
Under the hood, the LM 500h maintains the hybrid set composed of a 2.4 turbo gasoline engine associated with two electric powertrains, generating a combined power of 366 hp. The system operates with all-wheel drive and a six-speed automatic transmission. In Japan, sales start on April 1, with prices ranging from ¥ 15,2 million (about R$ 500 thousand) in the six-seat version to ¥ 20,3 million (approximately R$ 670 thousand) in the four-seat executive configuration.
