Ferrari has revealed the details of the Handling Speciale, a new optional package aimed at Ferrari Purosangue owners looking for sharper driving dynamics. Unlike traditional special series that focus merely on increasing performance, the current update focuses on refining the chassis and optimizing the power delivery of the existing mechanical assembly.

The central focus of Maranello’s engineering was the improvement of FAST (Ferrari Active Suspension Technology). Through an exclusive calibration of the system, the brand was able to reduce body rolling and pitching movements by 10%. In practice, the change makes the model more stable under severe braking and sudden acceleration, in addition to allowing passage through sharp curves with less lateral inclination, ensuring greater control in fast trajectories.

Under the hood, the iconic naturally aspirated 6.5 V12 engine remains untouched, delivering 725 hp and 73,0 kgfm. However, the sensory experience and readiness of the vehicle have been revised. The dual-clutch transmission software now operates with faster gear changes, especially when the Manettino selector is positioned in “Race” mode. The exhaust system has also been tweaked to highlight the engine’s acoustic note at high revs.

Visually, the Purosangue Handling Speciale adopts a more austere and functional aesthetic. The package includes wheels with an exclusive design and diamond finish, matte black exhaust tips and carbon fiber details on the side protectors. The Cavallino Rampante logo on the fender also receives a darkened finish. Internally, the cabin for four occupants gains a standard nameplate. The model is supported by the Genuine Maintenance maintenance program, with coverage for seven years.
