Deadline for payment of the annual renewal fee is until the end of March; see how to pay in person or online
The Vehicle Registration and Licensing Certificate (CRLV) must be renewed annually. This occurs automatically with the payment of the Motor Vehicle Property Tax (IPVA) and the Annual Vehicle Licensing Renewal Fee (TRLAV). The Minas Gerais Traffic Department (Detran-MG) has already released the dates and values of the 2026 licensing.
Once paid, the new document can be accessed through the CNH do Brasil application, the Senatran service portal or the Detran website.
