Bugatti has confirmed its first residential development in the United States. Named Bugatti Residences Miami, the project foresees a 60-story tower with 183 high-end units, including four penthouses, on the banks of the Miami River, in the Brickell neighborhood, the main financial district of the city of Florida.
The land is about 4,000 m², a little more than half of a soccer field. The tower is developed by the Prosper Group, from Miami, in partnership with the Belgian Versluys Group.
The architectural project is signed by the Brandon Haw Architecture office, and the interiors, by the Yabu Pushelberg studio. According to Bugatti, everything, from the architecture to the arrival experience of the residents, will follow the “Art, Forme, Technique” design philosophy, the same that the French brand applies to its hypercars.
Future residents will also have a stewardship service offered by Rhodium, the tower’s exclusive residential operator. The area faces more than 90 meters overlooking the river, with water access to Biscayne Bay.
According to the developers, the project is valued at about R$ 3.4 billion (US$ 650 million). The purchase of the land, completed in August, cost approximately R$ 260 million (US$ 50 million).
For Jay Roberts, CEO of Prosper Group, Miami has become the global epicenter of wealth migration, which makes the city the natural destination for Bugatti’s residential debut in the country.
Automakers compete for the luxury
real estate market The living experience seeks to reflect the exclusivity associated with the hypercar manufacturer and follows a global trend of automakers betting on the high-end real estate sector. In the Miami region, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin already have developments with their brands.
Bugatti itself had already debuted in the segment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where it licensed the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti. The building has private pools, an artificial beach inspired by the Riviera and elevators that take the owners’ cars to the rooftops.
According to the developer Binghatti, the last available penthouse costs from R$ 219 million (155 million dirhams).
Prices have not yet been disclosed
Despite the official announcement, important details remain open. Bugatti has not yet presented the final design of the building or disclosed the size and price of the units, the list of amenities or the forecast for completion of the works. Sales are scheduled to start in the first half of 2027.
