On the other hand, if before it was difficult to determine whether the odometer had been reduced or not, today there are also electronic ways to detect fraud. First, in the car’s own electronic center, which continues to indicate the original mileage.

Secondly, the concessionaires have an interconnection system and they know when the revisions have been carried out. And, from this information, it is not difficult to determine whether or not there was odometer fraud.
