Is it good business to buy an end-of-line model? It depends. If the discount is good, it can be a good deal. This is, in fact, what is happening now with Volkswagen’s Amarok pickup, which will be replaced by a new generation at the beginning of next year.

So, good discounts foreseen for Amarok, ranging from 50 thousand to 74 thousand reais in the case of legal entities. Its successor is based on Maxus, a Chinese company manufactured by a Volkswagen partner.
Technologically, the Amarok has already given what it had to give, but it has great mechanics, a big engine, three liters, 258 horsepower turbodiesel, four-wheel drive. It’s still a good jack of all trades.
