Volkswagen has confirmed for next year the arrival of the new generation of the Tiguan, which may even come with a mild hybrid system
The widows of the Volkswagen Tiguan, an SUV that spent months without showing up here, can be happy. This is because the model has already had its import confirmed for next year, but only in the five-passenger version.

It is already common knowledge that it has passed five stars in crash tests that assess the level of protection provided to occupants in the event of an accident. The VW Tiguan may arrive imported from Mexico with the traditional 1.4 turbo flex engine of 150 hp or 2.0 turbo with 200 hp.
But as Volkswagen do Brasil is getting excited about hybrids, another option is to bring the mild hybrid, but with a 48-volt battery and a 1.5-liter 150 hp engine.
