The entry model of the new Chinese brand has a rechargeable hybrid engine, two versions and wants to face the cars of BYD and GWM, among others
Jetour makes its debut in Brazil with three PHEV (rechargeable hybrid) SUVs: with an off-road footprint are the T1 and T2 models. This Monday (26) the brand presented its most urban utility, the S06. It will be sold in two versions:

The difference between the two versions of the Jetour S06 is basically in the package of items and standard. Both have the same hybrid engine: the combustion engine is a 1.5 turbo with direct gasoline injection, capable of generating 135 hp of power at 5.200 rpm and 20,4 kgfm of torque at 2.500 rpm. The second motor, electric, delivers 204 hp of power and 31,6 kgfm of instant torque.
Combined, these engines provide a torque of 52 kgfm and a power of 315 hp. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 7.9 seconds.
Following the rules of the Brazilian Vehicle Labeling Program (PBEV), the Jetour S06 travels, in electric mode, the equivalent of 36.2 km/l and in the city and 28.9 km/l and in the road cycle. The battery is 19.4 kWh.
Also according to Inmetro, the battery range is 70 kilometers. Considering the hybrid mode, the combined consumption is 13.4 km/l (14 km/l in the city and 12.6 km/l on the highway).
With 19.43 kWh, the Jetour S06 battery can be charged at fast charging (DC) stations, with a capacity of receiving up to 40 kW, or at alternating current (AC), such as wall chargers or conventional grounded outlets. In this condition, it can absorb up to 6.6 kW and 3.4 kW, respectively.
Considering the maximum capacities, to charge the S06 battery from 20% to 80% of its capacity, it takes an average of 30 minutes in the DC system. On a wall charger (AC), the time is 1 hour and 42 minutes, and on a conventional outlet (3.4 kW), 5 hours and 42 minutes.

The trunk has a capacity of 416 liters with the rear seat in the normal position. When folding the rear backrest, the volume rises to 907 liters.
The Jetour S06 Advance are part of the face-to-face key package with remote engine start (remote), two-zone digital air conditioning with air outlet for the rear seats, leatherette interior trim, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, five USB ports (three type C and two type A), 12.8-inch central touchscreen, rear parking sensor, 360º camera and full LED lighting.
Also standard are voice control, a compartment under the armrest with air conditioning outlet and 12 V outlet, 18-inch alloy wheels (235/60 tires), four-wheel disc brakes (ventilated at the front), light and rain sensors, driver’s seat with electric adjustments, uphill and downhill start aid systems, electric opening of the trunk lid, induction charger in the center console, electrically controlled windows and “one touch” function on all windows, electric power steering and selection of three driving modes (Economy, Comfort and Sport).
The Premium version adds 20-inch diamond wheels (255/45 tires), 15.6-inch central screen, Sony signature sound system and nine speakers, front seats with heating and cooling, driver’s seat with 10 electric adjustments and memory function, passenger seat with electric adjustments (4), ambient light (customizable ambient lights), front parking sensors and 540º camera.
The S06 Premium features laminated front side windows, an exclusivity in its segment. Among the benefits are protection against UV rays — the PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film between the glass sheets absorbs up to 99% of the radiation,
Complementing the list of equipment of the Premium version is the panoramic sunroof (equivalent in size to a 75-inch TV) that can be operated by button or voice command and a wide package of advanced driving assistance systems, classifying the S06 Premium as level 2 of ADAS features.
