Triumph Daytona 660 gets sportier and more technological for 2026

Medium-displacement sports car receives improvements in chassis, technology and look; Also present on the tracks it has been sold in the country since 2024

Triumph has officially announced an update to its midsize sports car, the Triumph Daytona 660, which has gained a package of improvements to accentuate its sportiness. The simple adjustments focused on the chassis, technology and look and, according to the brand, the novelty should arrive in Brazil in the first half of the year.

Presented globally in early 2024, the Daytona 660 landed in Brazil in the second half of the same year, with a starting price of R$ 56.490. Today, the sports bike is offered for R$ 58.190, maintaining a competitive proposal within the medium motor category.

Among the main changes for 2026 is the new 41mm inverted Showa front suspension with full compression and rebound adjustments. The model also has Triumph Shift Assist as standard, allowing gear changes without a clutch, in addition to new Metzeler M9RR tires, which promise greater grip both on the road and in sports use.

The engine remains the well-known 660 ccm³ three-cylinder, which delivers 95 hp at 11,250 rpm and torque of 7 kgf.m at 8,250 rpm. With electronic throttle and three riding modes (Sport, Road and Rain), the proposal continues to be to offer balanced performance between urban use and sporty riding.

In addition to the technical evolutions, Triumph also updated the look of the Daytona 660, with new color options and more aggressive graphics, reinforcing the bike’s sporty appeal without sacrificing elegance.

The unprecedented has in Sapphire Black, with a more sober finish, is the big news. Complementing, the Aluminum Silver with Sapphire Black and red details, and the striking Cosmic Yellow with Sapphire Black, also with elements in “Diablo” red.

The sports bike really doesn’t just have looks, but a set worthy of speed and competition. Since its arrival, the Daytona 660 has been used in championships around the world and also in Brazil, where it won its own category in MOTO1000GP, in 2025. The so-called Daytona 660 Cup uses standardized bikes adapted to the track, evidencing the model’s potential in high-performance environments.
