Developed for daily commuting in big cities, the Chetak C25 is equipped with a 2.5 kWh battery, which guarantees a certified range of up to 113 km. The proposal prioritizes practicality and robustness, with a monocoque metal structure, something unusual among entry-level electric scooters, in addition to compact size and agile driving for heavy traffic.

Among the highlights are the 25-liter luggage rack, ramp start assistant, disc brakes and features aimed at ease of daily use, such as location lighting, which signals where the model is in accordance with the driver’s remote commands. The look follows a modern and youthful line, but maintains classic elements of the Chetak family, known in the Indian market for durability and reliability.

In market positioning, the Bajaj Chetak C25 occupies the base of the brand’s electric line, below the 30 and 35 series, expanding the brand’s reach among new consumers and families looking for a second scooter for urban use. The initial good reception led Bajaj to immediately start sales and deliveries, accompanied by a promotional offer for the first buyers.

Bajaj grows in Brazil. With its arrival in 2022 and just over a year of local manufacturing, it already reaches seventh place overall in registrations. However, no electrified model of the brand is sold here. At a time when the country is starting to bet on the electrification of two wheels, would the investment in the Chetak C25 be a good decision?
