Vehicle was a 15-year gift from a businessman from Volta Redonda (RJ), owner of the largest collection of cars in the movie franchise in Latin America
Businessman Halisson Emerick, a resident of Volta Redonda (RJ), presented his daughter, Valentina, with a piece straight from the Hollywood imagination: a faithful replica of the Honda S2000 used by the character Suki in the “Fast and Furious” franchise. Valued at R$ 550 thousand, the vehicle was a desire of the young woman since childhood and marked the celebration of her 15th birthday on March 14.

The model used as a basis is a legitimate Japanese sports car manufactured for the North American market. Due to the family’s residence in the United States, Emerick acquired the vehicle abroad, facilitating the import procedures. The biggest challenge, however, was in the characterization: it took a meticulous work of bodywork and painting to reproduce the iconic shade of pink and the original graphics of the feature film.

As Valentina is not yet of legal age to drive on public roads, the use of the gift is restricted to private property. To master the power of the S2000, the teenager has already started a drift driving course. The delivery of the car, carried out during the debutante party inside a giant box, became a digital phenomenon, surpassing the mark of 5 million views.

The gesture reinforces a family tradition and the passion of Halisson, who owns the largest collection of cars from the “Fast and Furious” saga in Latin America. Of the 53 machines that make up its collection, 17 are faithful replicas of the films. The businessman’s firstborn, Henrico, also received a similar gift when he turned 15: the famous green Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by the character Brian O’Conner in the first film of the series.
