Real estate development in Balneário Camboriú, in Santa Catarina, will offer this 'convenience' for the tower's 18 suspended mansions
The ambitious project of Senna Tower, a real estate development in Balneário Camboriú (SC) that promises to be one of the tallest residential buildings in the world – with more than 550 meters high – announced that the residents of the 18 “suspended mansions” will have at their disposal a car elevator to take their cars to their homes.
Access is direct from the garage through the internal vehicle elevator to the property, allowing luxury cars to reach the floor of the residence directly, without the need to transit through common areas.

According to the promotional material, Senna Tower follows a global trend of buildings that integrate premium mobility. It also combines advanced engineering and exclusivity. International examples reinforce this direction. The Porsche Design Tower and Bentley Residences in Miami adopt sky garage systems. The Neue Grand in Melbourne follows the same concept.
“In these towers, automotive elevators take the car to internal garages inside the apartment. These references confirm the technical feasibility. They also show that the search for solutions that unite convenience, privacy and automotive experience is growing”, describes the statement.
Senna Tower’s new real estate proposal would have solved the problem of two millionaires who went viral in 2025. In May, an Australian took his McLaren Senna GTR super sports car, valued at almost R$ 10 million, to his apartment on the 57th floor of a building in Melbourne. He had to carry out a large logistical operation that involved the use of a crane.
In October, a video that went viral on social media shows a replica of Ayrton Senna’s McLaren being hoisted to the balcony of an apartment in the East Zone of São Paulo. A crane performed the service and took the Formula 1 car to the 13th floor of a building in about 5 minutes.
