New Automotive Locksmith in the North Zone of SP offers a complete solution for theft and loss, with discounts of up to 20% for policyholders
Porto Serviço, an arm of the Porto group specialized in maintenance and emergency relief, inaugurated its first exclusive Automotive locksmith unit in the city of São Paulo. Located in the Casa Verde neighborhood, in the North Zone, the new operational center aims to fill a common gap in the life of the unfortunate driver: the making of new keys soon after an episode of loss or theft.
Historically, the service provided by insurance companies was limited to the technical opening of the vehicle. With the new structure, the company now offers an “end-to-end” service, allowing the customer to leave the unit with the problem fully solved. “We identified an opportunity to expand the care of the vehicle and structured a solution that brings more agility”, explains Daniel Morroni, director of Porto Serviço.

The service is open to the general public, but has an incentive policy for the group’s customers and partners. Porto Seguro Auto policyholders have a 20% discount on labor, while customers of brands such as Itaú, Azul and Mitsui are entitled to a 15% discount. Due to the emergency nature, the unit operates in extended hours, operating from 6 am to 12 am during the week and from 6 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
The initiative reinforces Porto Serviço’s strategy to expand its operations in the B2C segment, consolidating its presence as an independent business unit, but integrated with the strength of the parent brand. The new keychain is installed at Avenida Casa Verde, 3388.
