Investigations point out that Palmeira used social networks to monetize and exalt risky behaviors, turning serious infractions into a spectacle for his audience. The videos published on his official profiles, in which he showed dangerous maneuvers on public roads, make up the evidence of the investigation. In addition to constant speeding, the authorities found a continuous disregard for the legislation: the influencer drove and accumulated fines with his expired National Driver’s License (CNH) since 2024.

With the advancement of the case and this Friday’s flagrant, the influencer must formally answer for participation in illegal races, driving without a valid license, tampering with a motor vehicle identification sign, public incitement to commit crimes and drug trafficking.
