Finished in genuine leather and 17-inch wheels, the new Lounge version transforms the electric Casper into a high-end compact
Hyundai has introduced a new electric compact in South Korea, the Casper Electric Lounge. The novelty, which is a luxury version of the smallest EV in the brand’s catalog, reaches the top of the line and positions itself as a premium and refined alternative to its cross brother, which is more robust.

The Lounge version appears with exclusive elements that elevate its status. The whole aesthetic was designed to bring a new grid pattern and the exclusive Glow Mint paint option. The 17-inch alloy wheelset has a futuristic design , while the exterior plastic finishes receive a lighter Medium Metallic paint.








However, the great differential of the Casper Lounge is in its cabin, which uses materials that are not common in compacts. The upholstery is genuine leather, with a roof lining and sun visor in mesh fabric.

Hyundai also offers accessories such as inflatable mattresses and pet-specific items.
Under the hood, the Lounge uses the most powerful configuration in the line, with a 115 hp engine and a 49 kWh battery. Thanks to the wheelbase 180 mm larger than the petrol version, the model offers better stability and a range of 295 km. In South Korea, the list price of approximately $24,500 could drop sharply to $13,400 after Seoul’s generous government subsidies for electric vehicles.
