Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), authorized the early sale of 10 luxury vehicles seized by the Federal Police under Operation No Discount. Valued at approximately R$ 6.5 million, the assets belonged to the investigated Antônio Camilo Antunes, known as “Careca do INSS”, and businessman Maurício Camisotti.

Among the models that will be auctioned, high-performance sports cars such as a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS (2024), a Lamborghini Urus (2020) and a Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid stand out. The list also includes examples of Audi TT RS, Audi A3 and high-displacement motorcycles, such as the BMW S 1000 RR and the Suzuki GSX 1300 Hayabusa.

Another six vehicles, valued at about R$ 1.1 million, will not be sold. Models such as a Land Rover Velar and a Toyota Hilux SW4, both armored, were destined for the operational activities of the Federal Police. The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) expressed agreement with the use, under the condition that the corporation presents periodic reports on the state of conservation and use of the assets.

The decision responds to a request from the Federal Police and determines that the Ministry of Justice carry out the auction of the assets. The objective of the measure is to avoid the commercial devaluation of vehicles and reduce maintenance and storage costs during the course of the judicial process, preventing the machines from becoming obsolete before a final sentence.

Operation Without Discount combats a national scheme of social security fraud that would have caused billionaire losses to the public coffers, through illegal discounts from associations directly in pensions. In total, the fleet confiscated in 2025 reached R$ 7.6 million.
