A caravan of unprecedented proportions, bringing together about 1,000 vehicles, began this Thursday (5) a journey of 1,200 kilometers between São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul. The destination is the city of Nova Santa Rita, where the official inauguration of the FuelTech Velopark Autodrome will take place this Saturday (7). The main point of concentration took place at the Dream Car Park, in São Roque (SP), from where approximately 400 cars departed.

The convoy, which will make strategic stops in Curitiba (PR) and Balneário Camboriú (SC), is scheduled to arrive on Rio Grande do Sul soil by the end of the afternoon of this Friday (6). The move marks the new phase of the automotive complex, acquired last year by FuelTech and renamed under the management of Anderson Dick, founder and global CEO of the company.

In addition to the volume of participants, the quality of the vehicles draws attention. The official Dream Car team leads the route with a respectable collection: a 1958 Mercedes-Benz 190 SL, a 1992 Dodge Viper, two examples of the 1992 Honda NSX and a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Cars prepared for drift follow in trailers, saving equipment for the presentations on the circuit.

The inauguration, scheduled from 5 pm to midnight on Saturday, promises to be a festival of automotive culture. The program includes the “Insane Arena”, with burnout and zero maneuvers, in addition to the exhibition of special projects at the FuelTech Garage, such as a Ferrari F355 Turbo and a Saveiro RS2 Quattro.

While the party takes place in the South, the starting point in São Paulo keeps the agenda warm. The Dream Car Park holds this Sunday (8) the Mega Meeting of Motorcycles, with the expectation of bringing together 500 motorcycles. The São Paulo complex also celebrates in 2026 the opening of new attractions, such as the F1 Museum and the Cinecar space, which exhibits replicas of famous movie vehicles.
