French brand to present 'one-off' model that combines classic aesthetics from the year 2000 with current high-performance mechanics
Bugatti is expected to unveil a new exclusive hypercar developed by its special projects division, Solitaire, at the end of January. The date coincides with the 20-year milestone of the start of production of the Veyron, a model that redefined the parameters of speed in the automotive industry.
According to preliminary information, the vehicle will be a one-off (single unit model) and aims to celebrate the legacy of the car that broke the 400 km/h barrier in 2005.

Although Bugatti has already signaled the transition to hybridization with the new Tourbillon V16, the tribute to the Veyron should keep the traditional 8.0 W16 quad-turbo engine. The expectation is that the model will use the Chiron platform, but with a calibration that delivers 1,600 hp of power.
Aesthetically, the project should rescue the visual identity that marked the launch of the original Veyron, including the classic two-tone paint (black and red) and the interior finished in beige and aluminum. The proposal is to create a bridge between the design of the early 2000s and the brand’s modern engineering.
The launch reinforces Bugatti’s strategy for the Solitaire line, focused on the pinnacle of automotive collecting. The division plans to restrict production to just two exclusive models per year. This would be the second vehicle in the program, succeeding the Bugatti Solitaire Brouillard, previously presented.
As it is a unique and commemorative unit, it is estimated that the value of the vehicle exceeds US$ 20 million (about R$ 115 million), positioning it as a piece aimed at high-end investors and collectors.
