The brand's only hatch in Brazil gains an aggressive look, all-wheel drive and mechanics capable of hitting 100 km/h in less than five seconds
The fourth generation of the BMW 1 Series debuts in the Brazilian market with the mission of competing in the increasingly competitive segment of hot hatches. The brand’s first launch in the country in 2026, the new BMW M135 xDrive arrives at dealerships for R$ 459.950. The only hatch sold by the automaker in Brazil, the model celebrates 20 years of history combining urban agility with the typical comfort of medium sedans — a virtue guaranteed by its 2.67 meters of wheelbase and trunk of 380 liters.

Under the hood, the M135 brings its main credential: the TwinPower Turbo 2.0 four-cylinder engine, the same one that already equips the coveted X2 M35i. The propusor delivers 317 hp of power and 40,8 kgfm of torque, taking the sports car from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,9 seconds. All this power is managed by the seven-speed dual-clutch Steptronic transmission and xDrive all-wheel drive, ensuring maximum grip and incisive cornering dynamics.

The exterior design reinforces the racing identity of the hot hatch. The unprecedented front grille has the illuminated Iconic Glow contour as standard, while the rear features imposing taillights and two dual exhaust outlets.
Inside, the sporty and premium atmosphere is made up of the curved frame panel with integrated 10.25″ and 10.7″ screens, milled aluminum finishes with dynamic lighting and one-piece sports seats that offer lateral support in fast driving.
In terms of connectivity, the big attraction is the Digital Key Plus, which uses ultra-wideband technology to open the doors and start with the smartphone still in the driver’s pocket. The on-board experience is rounded off by a technological package, which includes the Driving Assistant Professional for semi-autonomous driving and the Harman Kardon premium sound system.

Offered in seven colors — including the extravagant Thundernight purple and Fire red — the M135 xDrive lands with two interior lining options. To boost the arrival, the manufacturer has prepared special financing conditions with the right to an extended warranty.
