Fire Department controlled the flames before spreading; and the Civil Police reported that there are suspicions that the focus was caused on purpose
During the early hours of January 15, in block 210 South, in Palmas (Tocantins), truck driver Letícia Pereira Martins found her vehicle engulfed in flames. The Fire Department was called and quickly arrived at the scene to put out the fire.

The fire did not spread and was contained by the fire department team. However, according to Leticia, at her father-in-law’s house, where the vehicle was parked, appliances were stolen, and the neighbor had his clothes set on fire, which configures the fire as criminal. In the police report registered after the incident, there are graffiti with apology for criminal factions.
The case is under investigation by the Civil Police, and the Tocantins Public Security Secretariat (SSP) reported that a police inquiry was opened to determine the causes of the fire involving the truck.
